1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing BodegaRun ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

2. The Game

BodegaRun is a mobile game where you guide a chopped cheese through Brooklyn-themed obstacles. It's meant to be fun. Don't take it too seriously (but also, try to beat your friends).

3. Your Account

BodegaRun doesn't require an account. Your game progress is stored locally on your device. If you use Game Center features, those are governed by Apple's terms.

4. In-App Purchases

• All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms
• Purchases are final and non-refundable (contact Apple for refund requests)
• Purchased items are for personal use only
• We may offer cosmetic items, ad removal, or other features for purchase

5. Virtual Currency

The Game includes virtual currency ("Chops" or "Slices") that can be earned through gameplay or purchased. This currency:

• Has no real-world value
• Cannot be exchanged for real money
• Cannot be transferred between accounts
• May be modified or removed at our discretion

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, or exploit bugs in the Game
• Use automated tools or bots
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Game
• Share offensive or inappropriate content through challenge features
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

7. Leaderboards & Challenges

When you share challenges or appear on leaderboards:

• Your display name (a generated Brooklyn-themed name) may be visible to others
• Your scores may be visible to other players
• We may remove scores or ban users who cheat

8. Intellectual Property

All content in BodegaRun — including graphics, sounds, code, and the chopped cheese character — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Game without permission.

9. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

• The Game will be available 100% of the time
• The Game will be free of bugs or errors
• Your progress will never be lost (back up your device!)

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. It's a game about a folding sandwich — please don't sue us.

11. Changes to the Game

We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time. We'll try to give notice for major changes, but we can't promise anything.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
